Client Advocacy/Case Management Services
Samaritan Community Center
Description
Our Client Advocacy/Case Management Services are provided by three professional social workers at both the Rogers and Springdale Samaritan Centers. Client visits may include encouragement, prayer, detailed referral information for other resources within the community, and assistance with completion of government and other types of paperwork required to obtain financial assistance.
Our social workers also help families to review their financial needs to determine how to help them best budget their money, with follow-up visits encouraged.
Vouchers for children’s clothing, redeemable at our Samaritan Shops, are available to our clients through our social workers once every nine months. Adults who have experienced a critical emergency, such as a house fire or leaving a domestic abuse situation, can also qualify for vouchers.
Our social workers see clients on a first-come, first-served basis at both the Springdale and Rogers Centers during the following times:
Springdale Center: M, TU, TH 9 am-12:00 pm
Rogers Center: M-TH 9 am-1:00 pm
